Housing for Arizonans First

HB2360 will give people a head start on buying a home by requiring corporations to wait for a minimum of 60 days once the home enters the market before making an offer.

DID YOU KNOW?

Pharmaceutical middlemen profited $7 billion dollars over 5 years from price-gouging prescription medication.

Health insurers process claims through automated software that makes it easier to deny valid claims—saving them $11 billion annually.

Invitation Homes profited $2.6 billion in 2024, a corporation which owns 9,200 rentals in Phoenix.

Corporations are getting richer while hardworking Arizonans struggle to keep up with the rising cost of living.
It shouldn't be this way.
