Pre-Existing Conditions

No insurance company should be able to deny somebody healthcare coverage because of a pre-existing health condition. Currently, there are over 2.5 million Arizonans with pre-existing health conditions, including 400,000 children. These Arizonans deserve access to affordable health insurance just like everyone else.

Yet, here in Arizona we have several elected leaders working to overturn the protections included in the Affordable Care Act. They are actively working to jeopardize the healthcare of millions of Arizonans. It’s time for our elected leaders to look out for everyday people, not protect big insurance companies.
